The state policy in the field of development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship is part of the state socio-economic policy and represents a set of legal, political, economic, social, informational, consultative, educational, organizational and other measures implemented by the federal executive authorities, the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies and aimed at ensuring the implementation of objectives and principles established by this Federal law¹.
