Regional warranty organization
A regional guarantee organization is a legal entity, one of the founders (participants) or shareholders (in the case where the regional guarantee organization is a joint-stock company) of which is a subject of the Russian Federation, and which carries out as its main type of activity the provision of access to credit and other financial resources for small and medium-sized business entities and (or) organizations forming the infrastructure supporting small and medium-sized businesses, development of the system of guarantees and independent guarantees based on loan agreements, loan agreements, financial lease (leasing) agreements, agreements on the provision of bank guarantees and other contracts obligations of small and medium-sized business entities and (or) organizations forming the infrastructure supporting small and medium-sized businesses (ceased to be in force as of 2019-07-26)1.
