Price of the land plot

The price of the land plot — the price of the land plots specified in paragraph 1.1 of this article, cannot exceed their cadastral value. Until the Government of the Russian Federation, the state authority of a subject of the Russian Federation or the local self-government body establishes the procedure for determining the price of the land plot, this price is set at the level of its cadastral value (ceased to be in force on 2009-12-27)1.
