Contract for the Provision of Information Technology Services – definition and meaning of "Contract for the Provision of Information Technology Services"

An information technology services contract means a contract concluded for the provision of information technology services, including services related to software development, implementation and support, access to databases, telecommunications services and other services associated with the application of information technologies¹.
