Temporary Information
Temporary information — in cases provided for by this Federal Law, the state cadastre of real estate includes information that has a temporary nature. Such information does not constitute cadastral information until it loses its temporary character in accordance with the procedure established by this Federal Law, and is used only for purposes related to the implementation of the relevant state registration of rights to real property and transactions therewith, as well as for carrying out cadastral works (ceased to be effective from 2015-12-30)1.
