The person authorized by the decision of the general meeting of the members of the gardening or allotment association — a person authorized by the decision of the general meeting of the members of the gardening or allotment association, if comprehensive cadastral works are carried out in relation to real estate located within the boundaries of the territory for the cultivation of gardens or vegetable plots by citizens for their own needs (ceased to be effective as of 2019-01-01)¹.
