Chairperson of the conciliation commission
The chairperson of the conciliation commission is the head of the city district or settlement, on whose territories comprehensive cadastral works are carried out, or the head of the municipal district, if objects of comprehensive cadastral works are located on inter-municipal territory, or a person authorized by them. The chairperson of the conciliation commission formed in connection with the implementation of comprehensive cadastral works on the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation - federal cities Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Sevastopol, is a person authorized by the executive authority body of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation - a federal city (ceased to be effective as of 2019-01-01)1.
