Client of cadastral works
The client of cadastral works is either the owner of a land plot from which new land plots are formed as a result of division, segregation, or other actions in accordance with Russian Federation legislation, or a person to whom a land plot located in state or municipal ownership, from which new land plots are formed as a result of division or consolidation, has been granted for life inheritable possession or perpetual (indefinite) use1.
The client of cadastral works is the owner of a land plot whose boundaries are being refined, or a person to whom a land plot located in state or municipal ownership has been granted for life inheritable possession, perpetual (indefinite) use, lease, or gratuitous use for a period exceeding five years2.
