Boundary Location Agreement
Coordination of the location of boundaries — mandatory coordination (hereinafter referred to as coordination of the location of boundaries) with the persons specified in paragraph 3 of this article (hereinafter referred to as interested parties), in cases where, as a result of cadastral works, the location of the boundaries of the land plot has been clarified, in relation to which the relevant cadastral works were carried out, or the location of the boundaries of adjacent land plots has been clarified, information about which is entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate1.
