Actual Fertility (Current)
Actual (or effective) fertility represents a soil property characterized by exchangeable reserves of nutrients necessary for plants, as well as agrophysical, agrochemical, and other agronomically important properties of the soil. Actual fertility is a form of natural-anthropogenic fertility, which characterizes energy accumulated cumulatively through natural processes and anthropogenic impact. It is determined by the size of resources (exchangeable fund) at the actual level of their implementation in conditions of a specific agroecosystem against the background of a certain technology. Effective Fertility expressed in monetary terms represents economic fertility
