Minimum share of budgetary financing for the capital repair of multi-apartment buildings and modernization of the communal infrastructure system from the funds of the subject of the Russian Federation budget and/or local budgets – definition and meaning of "Minimum share of budgetary financing for the capital repair of multi-apartment buildings and modernization of the communal infrastructure system from the funds of the subject of the Russian Federation budget and/or local budgets"

The minimum share of budget financing for the capital repair of multi-apartment buildings and modernization of the utility infrastructure system from the funds of the subject of the Russian Federation budget and (or) local budgets is determined as a proportion of the total amount of funding for the capital repair of multi-apartment buildings and modernization of the utility infrastructure system from the funds of the Fund, the subject of the Russian Federation budget and (or) local budgets, calculated in accordance with paragraph 3 of this article¹.
