The minimum share of co-financing for short-term implementation plans of regional capital repair programs and regional programs for modernizing municipal infrastructure systems from the budgets of Russian Federation subjects and local budgets is determined as a percentage equal to thirty-five percent multiplied by the quotient obtained by dividing the level of calculated budgetary coverage of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation for the current financial year, taking into account the distribution of grants for equalizing budgetary coverage of the subjects of the Russian Federation to the level of calculated budgetary coverage of the subject of the Russian Federation with the minimum level of such coverage, and cannot exceed seventy percent1.
