Center for Offender Labor Adaptation
The center for labor adaptation of the convicted person - are structural units of institutions carrying out punishment, and implement the requirements of the Russian Federation's penal execution legislation in terms of organizing professional training of convicts, involving them in labor, and consolidating work skills among them1.
