Eximbank — in matters of granting and performance of state guarantees of the Russian Federation, including loans carried out to provide land plots with engineering infrastructure and modernization of municipal infrastructure objects for housing construction purposes, loans attracted by strategic organizations of the defense industry complex, organizations selected in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation, for carrying out main production activities and capital investments, as well as for repayment of loans and bond issues of these organizations previously attracted for carrying out main production activities and capital investments, loans attracted by legal entities registered and conducting their basic charter activities on the territory of Chechen Republic, for implementation of investment projects on the territory of Chechen Republic, loans attracted by selected in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation, by legal entities for the implementation of investment projects, in relation to the maintenance of analytical accounting of state guarantees provided by the Russian Federation, obligations of the principal, its guarantors (sureties) and other persons in connection with the provision and performance of state guarantees of the Russian Federation and the recovery of debt from such persons2.
The External Economic Bank — in matters of accounting for the use, servicing and repayment of the state external debt of the former USSR and the Russian Federation, as well as state loans provided by the former USSR and the Russian Federation to foreign states3.
