The price of a state or municipal contract
The price of a state or municipal contract is fixed and may not be changed during its performance, except in the cases provided for in paragraphs 6, 6.2 and 6.3 of this article. Payment for supplied goods, performed works, and rendered services is made at the price established by the state or municipal contract (ceased to be effective as of 2007-07-24)1.
