Subject and Content of the Expertise
The subject and content of the expertise is to establish compliance of the conditions for implementing the educational process at a higher education institution with the requirements of the federal state authorities and the local self-government body within whose territory the higher education institution is located, regarding the provision of teaching space, sanitary and hygienic standards, health protection requirements for students and staff, equipment of teaching premises, availability of teaching resources, educational censorship of pedagogical staff, and staffing levels (ceased to be in force as of 2010-11-08)1.
