The establishment of equivalence of documents of foreign states on higher or postgraduate professional education, on academic degrees and academic titles — the provision by the relevant state authorities of the Russian Federation to holders of such documents of the same academic and (or) professional rights as holders of state-standard documents on higher or postgraduate professional education, on academic degrees and academic titles¹.
