Organization of the Atomic Energy Industry Complex
The atomic energy industry complex organization — federal state unitary enterprises and federal state organizations under the jurisdiction of the state body responsible for the use of nuclear energy; other legal entities regardless of their organizational and legal form carrying out types of activities in the field of nuclear energy use provided for by Article 4 of the Federal Law of November 21, 1995 No. 170-FZ "On the Use of Nuclear Energy" (hereinafter — the Federal Law "On the Use of Nuclear Energy"); a joint-stock company established at the decision of the President of the Russian Federation in accordance with paragraph 1 of part 1 of this Federal Law. Organizations of the nuclear weapons complex of the Russian Federation are not organizations of the atomic energy industry complex1.
