System Project of the Communication Network
A system project of a communication network - a scheme for constructing an electric communication network with corresponding to such a scheme calculated values (taking into account the mandatory requirements imposed on the electric communication network and the planned volume of communication services provided) that determine the technical capabilities of the communication equipment, transmission lines and physical circuits included in the composition of the electric communication network, as well as the installed capacity (ceased to be in force as of 2010-02-17)1.
