Vulnerability assessment of transport infrastructure objects and transport vehicles - determining the level of security of transport infrastructure objects and vessels to which the rules of commercial maritime navigation and requirements in the field of vessel and port facility protection, established by international agreements of the Russian Federation, as well as icebreaker fleet vessels used for conducting vessels through sea routes, are applied with regard to threats of committing acts of unlawful intervention¹.
