Certifying Organization
Attesting organization — legal entities accredited by competent authorities in the field of transport security in accordance with procedures determined by the Government of the Russian Federation upon submission by the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative regulation in the transport sector, coordinated with the federal executive authority in the field of security of the Russian Federation, and the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative regulation in the area of internal affairs, for processing personal data of certain categories of individuals employed or directly involved in transport security activities, in order to verify information provided in paragraphs 1 - 6 of part 1 of article 10 of this Federal law by a subject of transport infrastructure, as well as for making decisions by attestation authorities on the certification of security forces transport security1.
