Transport Security Plan for the Waters of a Seaport
Transport security plan for the maritime port area - is a security plan of the corresponding port facility provided for by international agreements of the Russian Federation, and is developed taking into account the requirements established by international agreements of the Russian Federation, this Federal law, as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted in accordance with them1.
