Vessel security plan - a vessel protection plan for a vessel carrying out international voyages as provided by international agreements of the Russian Federation, and is developed taking into account the requirements established by international agreements of the Russian Federation, this Federal law, as well as other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted in accordance with them¹.
