Children with disabilities, first and second group disabled persons - children with disabilities, first and second group disabled persons, for whom according to the conclusion of the federal institution of medical and social expertise, studying in the corresponding higher educational institutions is not contraindicated (ceased to be effective from 2007-12-01)1.
