Champions of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics
Olympic champions, Paralympic champions, and Deaflympic champions - Olympic champions, Paralympic champions, and Deaflympic champions are admitted without entrance examinations to state and municipal higher education institutions for training in the fields of physical culture and sports (ceased to be in force from 2007-12-01)1.
