A self-regulating organization of organizers of totalizator betting games is a non-profit organization based on membership and meeting the requirements established by Federal Law No. 315-FZ dated December 1, 2007 "On Self-Regulating Organizations" and paragraph 4 of this article (ceased to be in force as of September 1, 2021)¹.
