A license for conducting activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling games in bookmakers or totalizators is a special permit confirmed by an entry in the register of licenses for conducting activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling games in bookmakers or totalizators (hereinafter - the license register) and granting the organizer of gambling games the right to carry out activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling games in bookmakers or totalizators outside gaming zones¹.
