Temporary Incapacity of the Insured Person
Temporary incapacity for work of the insured person — temporary incapacity for work of the insured person due to illness or injury (excluding temporary incapacity for work resulting from occupational accidents and occupational diseases) and in other cases provided for by Article 5 of this Federal law (ceased to be in force as of December 27, 2018)1.
