The authorized state body for the protection, control and regulation of the use of wildlife objects and their habitats consists of federal executive authorities performing powers in the field of protection, control and regulation of the use of wildlife objects and their habitats, as well as executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation performing powers in the field of protection, control and regulation of the use of wildlife objects and their habitats, their territorial bodies and state institutions under these authorities carrying out tasks related to the protection, control and regulation of the use of wildlife objects and their habitats¹.
