Limiting minimum and maximum indices
Limits of minimum and maximum indices - established by subjects of the Russian Federation and (or) by municipal formations for the next financial year, expressed in percentages of the minimum and (or) maximum possible change in the amount of citizens' payment for housing and the amount of citizens' payment for communal services, applicable at the end of the current financial year1.
