An organization and an individual entrepreneur implementing an investment project — organizations and individual entrepreneurs implementing investment projects for the production and (or) primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) processing of agricultural products and their sale in accordance with the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, provided that within three years from the date of conclusion of the agreement on the provision of an investment loan, but no later than the date of expiration of the term of such a loan, the share of income from the sale of the aforementioned products in the total income from the sale of goods (works, services) is at least seventy percent for the calendar year¹.
