Unfavorable for agricultural production territories
Unfavorable for agricultural production territories — territory of a subject of the Russian Federation or territories of subjects of the Russian Federation, on which due to natural-climatic conditions, soil condition, as well as socio-economic factors, the income level of agricultural producers is lower than the average in agriculture, but the production of agricultural products must be carried out in order to ensure employment of rural population, increase their income level, and preserve local traditions1.
