Procurement intervention
Purchase intervention is carried out when the prices of agricultural products for sale fall below the minimum calculated prices by purchasing, including on exchange trading, from agricultural producers of their produced agricultural products, from organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in primary and (or) subsequent (industrial) processing of agricultural products produced by agricultural producers within the territory of the Russian Federation, processed by them agricultural products or through conducting collateral operations with respect to such products1.
