Rightsholder of intellectual property results
The right holder of the results of intellectual activity is the Russian Federation, on behalf of which the rights and powers of the information holder and the right holder of the results of intellectual activity are exercised by the federal executive authority responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the agro-industrial complex (ceased to be in force as of 2026-05-02)1.
