Cigarilla
Cigarillo - a type of smoking tobacco product made from cigar and other raw materials used in the production of tobacco products, having multiple layers: filling made from cut or torn cigar and other raw materials used in the production of tobacco products, wrapping made from cigar and (or) other raw materials used in the production of tobacco products, and a wrapper made from cigar tobacco leaf, reconstituted tobacco or special paper produced on the basis of cellulose and tobacco. A cigarillo may not have a wrapping. A cigarillo may have a filter. The maximum thickness of a three-layered cigarillo should not exceed 15 mm (ceased to be in force as of 2025-03-01)1;
