The amount of the principal obligation
The amount of the principal obligation - the amount of the principal obligation (excluding interest) is specified. For obligations expressed in foreign currency, the amount is specified in rubles according to the Central Bank of Russia exchange rate at the end of the reporting period (ceased to be in force from 2014-12-22)1.
