Local Self-Government Bodies of Municipal Districts
Local self-government bodies of municipal districts - manage higher education institutions that were under the jurisdiction of municipal districts as of December 31, 2008, and are entitled to reorganize and liquidate these higher education institutions (ceased to be in force from November 28, 2009)1.
