Risk indicators of breach of mandatory requirements
Risk indicators of violation of mandatory requirements — parameters established by federal executive authorities performing functions in the development and implementation of state policy and normative legal regulation in the relevant field of activity, compliance with or deviation from which, identified during the control measures provided for in paragraph 1 of article 8.3 of this Federal Law carried out without interaction with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, by themselves are not evidence of violation of mandatory requirements, but indicate a high probability of such a violation and may serve as grounds for conducting an unscheduled inspection1.
