Diffusion liquid
Diffusion juice is a juice produced by extracting soluble substances using drinking water from fresh fruits and (or) vegetables, or from dried fruits and (or) vegetables of one type, the juice of which cannot be obtained through mechanical processing. Diffusion juice may be concentrated and then reconstituted. The content of dry soluble substances in diffusion juice must not be lower than the level established for reconstituted juices1.
