Minimum total number of residential units
The minimum total number of residential units - which must be constructed on the land plot of a single development institution, serve as standard housing and sold or transferred by the auction winner at a price not exceeding the price specified in the protocol on the results of the auction, under standard housing purchase agreements or participation agreements in the construction of standard housing to citizens included in the list approved in accordance with paragraph 20 of this article, and (or) under contracts with state authorities and local self-government bodies within the timeframes provided for in paragraph 34 of Article 16-6 of this Federal law (ceased to be effective as of December 2, 2019)1.
