Comprehensive territorial development
Territorial comprehensive development includes the preparation of documentation for territorial planning, the formation of land plots within the boundaries of this territory, the placement on such land plots of capital construction objects of residential, industrial, public and other purposes, as well as necessary for the operation of these objects and ensuring the livelihoods of citizens objects of communal, transport, social infrastructure in accordance with the territorial planning documentation1.
