An agreement on the exercise of control over the construction of federal-level Olympic facilities — agreements that the Corporation concludes with federal executive authorities serving as responsible implementers in accordance with the Construction Program, agreements on the exercise of control over the construction of federal-level Olympic facilities, the construction of which, in accordance with the Construction Program, is fully or partially financed from the funds of the federal budget¹.
