The federal executive authority authorized to conduct state expertise of project documentation — in relation to objects, the construction, reconstruction, or capital repair of which is intended to be carried out on federal-level specially protected natural territories, and in relation to particularly hazardous, technically complex, and unique objects, defense and security objects, the construction, reconstruction, or capital repair of which is intended to be carried out on regional and local-level specially protected natural territories, in cases where the construction, reconstruction, or capital repair of such objects on specially protected natural territories is allowed by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the subjects of the Russian Federation¹.
