The executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized to conduct state expertise of project documentation - the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized to conduct state expertise of project documentation, in relation to objects, construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of which are planned to be carried out on lands of specially protected natural territories of regional and local significance, excluding project documentation of objects specified in paragraph 1 of this part¹.
