Foreign investors who do not provide information
Foreign investors who do not provide information - foreign legal entities, foreign organizations that are not legal entities, which do not submit information to the federal executive authority authorized to perform functions of control over the implementation of foreign investments in the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the authorized body), regarding their beneficial owners, beneficial holders and controlling persons1.
