Statement on the preliminary approval of the transaction
Preliminary approval statement - containing a proposal regarding the duration of the decision on preliminary approval of the transaction, addressed to the authorized body and prepared in an arbitrary form (in the case of submitting a request for preliminary approval of transactions, as a result of which the applicant acquires the right directly or indirectly to dispose of a certain number of votes attributable to voting shares (shares), constituting the charter capital of a business company of strategic importance, the statement on preliminary approval of transactions must specify the number of votes attributable to the aforementioned voting shares (shares), the disposal of which the applicant intends to acquire the right to)1.
