The day of receipt of the application for state registration of rights and other documents is the day on which such applications and documents are received by the relevant authority responsible for state registration of rights, except in the case where the application for state registration of rights and other documents necessary for state registration of rights is submitted simultaneously with the application for state cadastral registration of real estate (ceased to be effective as of 2014-12-22)¹.
