By postal delivery - the application for state registration of rights and other documents required for state registration of rights are submitted to the relevant authority responsible for state registration of rights by the applicant in person or by postal delivery with declared value during transit, inventory of contents and notification of delivery (hereinafter also in this article - by postal delivery) (ceased to be in force as of 2011-06-04)1.
