A physical person serving a sentence of deprivation of liberty — when submitting an application for the reissuance of copies of court decisions, verdicts, judicial orders, rulings of the court, resolutions of the presidium of the supervisory instance court, copies of other documents from the case issued by the court, as well as when submitting an application for the issuance of duplicate enforcement documents¹.
