Funds of the maternity (family) capital directed towards forming the accumulative part of the labor pension — a separate portion of pension savings transferred to the fund by the Russian Federation Pension Fund in accordance with the Federal Law "On Additional Measures of State Support for Families Having Children," including the income from investing these funds obtained by the fund¹.
